Q: Will my item be insured against damage or loss during transit?

A: All items sent to Electronic Partners are made under a shipment contract. Before we receive any device, the risk of loss and title for such items remains with the customer. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to us only upon delivery from the courier (Royal Mail).

We use the Royal Mail Tracked Service for all our shipments which means that all parcels are insured for up to £100 only. Please also see Royal Mails Compensation Policy for further information.
